City Construction is accustomed to completing renovation work while a business remains operational. During this city hall renovation, work was performed on the main lobby, council chambers and office spaces. Work was scheduled in multiple phases to keep city hall open and deadlines were firm for completion due to upcoming meetings.
I found City Construction to be focused, highly professional and absolutely cooperative. The project management team was able to balance the schedules of multiple subcontractors and vendors and have respectful working relationships with the teams on site. Additionally, they managed the work with direct supervision and had careful attention to a safe work environment for all those involved including the City staff and the public.
