Altofer Inc. selected City Construction to build a custom designed ag facility. One unique space is the coffee barn that serves as the break room, with design elements that reflect the company’s ag focus. The large workshop is used to service equipment and is supported by an on-site warehouse filled with shelves for inventory. The service desk is staffed to support product and technology questions from Altofer customers. Ample parking is a perk for customers and employees benefit from spacious offices.
City Construction’s performance was extremely successful. As a result of a collaborative team effort between general contractor and owner, the building was designed and constructed with us involved every step of the way, resulting in a custom building that truly accommodates us and our day to day operations in the best possible way. Representatives of City Construction have been helpful in the after construction phase as well, answering questions and helping to make contact with the right people to keep the facility running smoothly.
