Kirkwood Community College

Continuing Education Training Center

City converted an old forge into modern classrooms and offices on the Kirkwood campus. Extensive cleaning followed by site testing was done in the initial phase of renovation. The former factory area was converted into classrooms and offices, existing office space was updated and a total infrastructure replacement was done in office, lab and support spaces. This significant renovation was completed on time and on budget.

The attention to detail and to safety by City Construction is second to one. The communication by City Construction is also the best I have seen in the business.
