Northwest Middle School

The work consisted of the following sequence: First, two building additions were constructed on the west side and near the main entry of the existing middle school, totaling 17,100 square feet. These additions included a new 8,862-square-foot gymnasium and a 2,163-square-foot wrestling room. After the additions were completed, renovations were carried out throughout the existing building, including upgraded interior finishes and the installation of new mechanical and electrical systems. Existing plumbing and fire protection systems were extended to the new additions. Electrical upgrades included increased power capacity, new distribution, updated power and lighting panels, and LED lighting throughout the building.
