North Central Junior High

This project comprised 50,000 SF of new classroom and cafeteria additions, as well as a storm shelter, and renovations to the existing grade 7-8 Junior High, transforming it into a grade 6-8 Middle School. The kitchen and cafeteria were remodeled while the existing facilities remained operational for most of the project. The classroom addition was integrated over the existing structure, requiring tie-ins with the current building. New geothermal wells and switchgear were also installed. The project was divided into six phases, all conducted in an occupied school without disruptions.
