Phase one on the north side of the John Pappajohn Pavillion and John Colloton Pavillion renovation is complete. The space was operational during construction and all utilities had to function in six offices during construction, which presented a challenge that City was able to overcome and deliver the completed project on time.
Pediatric patients now can choose from many entertaining options for creative play while families rest in comfortable lounge space. More consultation booths were included to offer privacy. Phase II of an additional 27,000 sq ft at the north end kicks off in late 2018.
The attention to detail, dedication to schedule, dedication to safety and maintaining infection control standards at all times are reasons that I seek City Construction out whenever possible. I highly recommend City to anyone looking for on-time, within budget, high quality and an overall successful project.
